HAMMOND-HENRY HOSPITAL'S AUXILIARY RECEIVES GRANT
Hammond-Henry Hospital’s Auxiliary received grants from local community groups to support projects in 2005. Pictured are, front row, from left: Marilyn VandeVoorde, Auxiliary president and Lorrie Snodgrass, representing the GIFT Foundation, which provided $500. Back row, from left: Gail VanDamme, representing the Wal-Mart Foundation, which provided $500 and Mike Kelly, representing the Geneseo Foundation, which provided $2,000. The funds, along with $17,200 in proceeds from the Auxiliary gift shop and other fund-raisers went toward the purchase of several items at the hospital. The Auxiliary bought new tables and chairs for the hospital dining room in addition to three wheelchairs, a software program for the Rehab Services Department, lighting for the Physician’s Garden and holiday decorations for the third floor.
